Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Purple Strike purchase. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 always apply, and nothing in this policy limits them.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return an unopened, unused product in its original condition within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Damaged or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged, has leaked, or is faulty, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Get in touch through our Contact page or call 021 466 060 with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within seven (7) working days of us receiving the returned product or resolving your claim. Delivery is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
