Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Orders

We do our best to keep the site accurate and in stock. If a product is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Product use & safety

Purple Strike products are cleaning chemicals and must be used strictly in line with the directions, dilution rates and safety information on the product label. It is your responsibility to read and follow these instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment, and keep the product out of reach of children and pets. To the extent permitted by law, Purple Strike is not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from misuse or use contrary to the label instructions.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Purple Strike name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by Purple Strike and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
