Mixes 220 litres in one go, with 100 metres of hose. A large site gets done from one or two set-ups instead of refilling and repositioning all day.

Any mix of bottle sizes reaching 60 litres qualifies.

COVERAGE

10L makes 110 litres of spray at 1:10 — around 600m² on a first treatment, or 1,200m² or more at 1:20 for maintenance once growth is under control. 20L makes 220 litres.

Water into the tank first, then the concentrate. The pump mixes it, so there is nothing to stir.

One product covers roofs, cladding, paths, cart paths, courts, retaining and stone walls, paving, concrete and decking. No scrubbing, no water blasting, no rinsing.

WHAT TO EXPECT, AND WHEN

Green moss and mould go off in days to a couple of weeks. Lichen takes months, and up to six on a bad case. There is no need to reapply before then — a site that looks unchanged at a month is lichen being lichen, not a treatment that has not worked.

The concentrate is classified corrosive, so eye protection when mixing and spraying, gloves when mixing, and a respirator when you are spraying above yourself — a roof, soffits, anything overhead. At ground level on a still day you do not need one. Diluted at 1:10 in the tank it is a fraction of the concentrate strength.
